I am new to this site and would like to know the general difference between the different Mantis styles, the styles in question are seven star and wah lum tam tui. Which is the more aggresive art and which one could be applied in a real combat situation. Are either of these styles a complete system with Internal arts as well.Do these styles include ground fighting as well. :confused:
