I wish I knew but I don't know anything about bagua. A nice form though. Is this the movie called The honor of dongfang xu?

yes. It is also known as Pride's Deadly Fury. One of the better films, not only because of the neat training stuff, forms, and fight scenes, but the statement it makes on morality and honor.

On the serious side, the Chinese name of the film seems to be wulin zhi.

I've got to see this film - if I ever find it.

Looks like a version of Cheng style Bagua. Wouldn't be able to say what form it is just from such a short snippet though...

Next is the late Sha Guozheng. The previous two forms appear to have his fingerprint on them. I think he did help develop some wushu forms, including bagua:

UPDATE: This is definitely Sha Style Bagua. The second performer, Ge Chun Yan, is included in a Bagua in China survey dvd the features the bagua of Sha Guozheng. It is available here (it should still be at Oriental Books as well, TT):
