Heads UP!

To all those in Oz, the new sports channel 'One HD', one of the digital channels from the Ten network, is now showing "UFC Wired" for an hour at 10pm several times a week.

I think its a 'greatest hits' of sorts, as the bouts come from different locations.

You have to have the digital TV to get it, pretty common these days.

yeh how good were the take downs from that judo guy in the last wired and he got his tooth knocked out pretty kewl.

Yea, that was pretty awesome. The technical grappling was amazing. Interesting to see the confrontation of the two grappling styles.

In the end, it always seems to come down to fitness.
