In this program they did show a slogan with a hidden agenda. Its a shame they did not show more of it.

In most choy li fut forms there are also poetic names to the moves with a hidden agenda.

Speaking from a Fut San HSKCLF stance, yeah, there are the Hung Mun 5 elements that are found in CLF for sure.

In this documentary, they mentioned the Hung Mun style bow......the hands are definately Hung Mun as it is the same way we do it in our lineage. however, the Hung Mun bow is done in 3 motions like the CLF bow, the direction is the only thing that's different.
