I remember reading about this former Leung Ting student who used to fight in the ring.

I think he has passed away and managed to find a video clip montage of some of his fights:

I can't see any "classical wing chun" techniques being used ..anyone have any experience of training with this guy ?

He set up Autodefence and 'WIng Tchun' with Nick Smart from CHorley, Lancashire. I used to train with Nick in Brum. Milan had clasiical Wing Chun Technique and could use it, So could Nick.

They both had/have good reputations as fighter both full contact and on the street! Sadly Milan Passed away last year. :(

Not to downplay WC's "uniqueness" but "classical" is about hitting people, often and controlling ones center line so, as long as those things are being done what you have is "classical WC".
