I guess. Though, to be picky, an ability can't have a focus: a person can have a focus. You are anthromorphosing a set of learned responses and skills. I can't even have a focus for my ability.

If you're talking about the focus for my practice: it's to relax and have fun - to get rid of any stress I may have accumulated. If you're talking about the objective for my practice: ultimately it must be to survive any encounter.

If you want people to answer questions in one word, you'd better make it a clear question.
