Oh my GOD! That is TERRIBLE. I'm just sad that some people who are interested in martial arts are going to see that, go "this is what martial arts are about?" and give up. I'm sure you might be able to learn some stuff from there, but without a live instructor who is going to check your form? Also, if you really intend on training.. Who is going to motivate you? ****. What a crock.
