Several years ago, I learned the Beng Bo set of 7-star Praying Mantis from my sifu - who I no longer have contact with.

Over the years, I trained in other styles and lost hold of my Beng Bo. I'd like to start practicing that set again.

I'm in an area with no 7-star sifus around, and I'd rather prepare my set to the best of my ability before seeing one.

Do you guys have any recommendations of a good Beng Bo performance?

yes check your notes that you wrote down on the set , and go back and try to remember the individual movements. But do not attempt to learn from a book or video for obvious reasons ,also it will in no way look like the set you were taught which may confuse you even more.

Well, you have heard my opinions on video and books before...

If I had to suggest something to spark your memory It would be Paul Engs books on Seven Star Mantis....

If you want to see all the moves go to martialartmantis.com, click on about the style...where all the forms are and click stomping steps. You will see the form.
