Hi all,
My buddy Isaac and I are holding an all day training session on Saturday Nov 14 in Berkeley, CA.
We'll teach Ba Gua basic exercises, circle walking and Single Palm Change so that everyone who comes will have a complete practice that they can take home and work on.
This will all be the material that comes from BK Frantzis, so if you've ever wondered about that system, or liked "Power of Internal Martial Arts" then you'll probably dig what we are doing.
Should be a fun day of training!
