Tai Mantis article in Inside Kung Fu

There is an article in this months Inside Kung Fu about a Chinese woman from Vietnam who is teaching what she calls Praying Mantis Tai Chi. I can't remember her name but only that she teaches in a park in Monterey Park, Ca. Anyone know anything about her and what park she teaches?

Yes I remember seeing her at the yearly sunday demonstrations a couple years ago. I went to visit her in the park one weekend but I guess she wasn't there that day.

I met a mainland wushu/shaolin teacher though.

She teaches tai chi mantis and she's friends with everyone in the federation.
