Hey Gang,

Just a question. I'm going to the 2001 Wu Tang Tournament in Canton to meet Master Yang, and hopefully discuss studying under him. In all likelyhood, its going to be 1 1/2 - 2 months before I start training. What can I do between now and then to help prepare for training.

Any type of stretching or other exercizes you guys can suggest? I'm pretty out of shape, so nothing to advanced...just the basic stuff.

Thanks-

Do whatever you normally do to get in shape.
If all else fails just jog and do the calisthenics you learned in gym class as a kid:
push ups, sit ups, squats, squat thrusts for conditioning.
cherry pickers, torso twists, waist bends, knee bends, quad stretch, and standing middle splits for flexibility.

Don't worry about knowing anything goin in there; just do what he tells yah and don't assume you know anything about anything, no matter what you read on here. :)

Good luck..

Just some thoughts from an ignoramus.
