It is from Northern Praying Mantis (Wong Hon Fan lineage). I do not know if other styles of PM have it or not.

Regarding the video posted by SanHeChuan, the form shown does not resemble the WHF 5 Elements Sabre form at all so if anyone is trying to follow it with the translation that Richard provided, it won't be possible.
