What school do you go to? Are you in a Masters or Doctorate program? What is the difference between the programs? What do you plan to do when you graduate, considering this is a martial arts forum?

I was mentored by 1 teacher over a 2 year period and another teacher for 4 years! There was no distinction of Masters or Doctorate programme.
I did take 2 individual courses at a TCM school
a. Preparing TCM formulae / Prepared Formulae
b. Tui'na/Guasha/Cupping

Keeping in mind that there is no programme called Chinese Medicine, the curriculum is as follows:
1. Acupuncture
2. Herbal Chinese Medicine
3. Tui'na/Guasha
Most schools in US offer a degree in Acupuncture. Some programmes have "herbal medicine' under the Acpuncture label while others have a separate category for Herbal Chinese Medicine. I have recently seen some Doctoral Degree stating Chinese Medicine but it entails Accupuncture ad Herbal Medicine.

Better to contact your local school for the extent of their schedule and what is available. Pacific College of TCM is where I saw the Doctorate information so you can check them out and use as baseline information for your research.
