What is your opinion on traditional Martial Arts in real fighting situations?

Karate works. Also Boxing, Wrestling, bits of Wing Chun and Silat. I use bits and pieces of things - I don’t use any particular style. I love to create and combine the arts to form something that works.

I liked that statement.
