Did this abbreviated Iron Wire demo today at the China Institute. It was below 30 today - cold. I usually take my glasses off before doing a demo, but today I forgot and this is what happens :)

That looks pretty similar to a nanquan routine I learned about 25 years ago!

Excellent performance! I love this set, though ng ying ga is my favorite.

great set.. always loved iron wire when i was doing hung ga. Looked good.

That's an excellent performance. Though I'm a CLF man, I've always had a lot of respect for Hung Gar.
