Hello Northwind,
If you have friends in Houston try the Great Wall Bookstore in Bellaire China Town. Sorry I dont believe they have a website , but I have seen the book there on three occasions . It has been a couple of months since I have been there but they did carry the book the last time I was there.

Great Wall or chang cheng book store in China Town

usually they have a whole section of CMA related books in the physical education category.

if you know the owner well, you could find just about any book you need or want

usually the books are published in limited quantities in China

somehow,they always allocate some copies overseas in great wall bookstores
