I still have that video on VHS. But the one I have doesn't have the footage of another one I saw where Hai Deng poked a hole in a heavy bag with his finger(s).
I had only been learning kung fu a little while when I saw that and was really inspired. Years later, after many jammed fingers, my wedding ring fits really loosely around my finger, but only fits over the knuckle with a littel lubrication.
