No kidding. just take the paycheque man. Don't worry about levels of ignorance in the tech field. It's plenty! And in that industry you will always always always be explaining and re-explaining the same thing which is never understood despite how well you articulate it.

that is the nature of the beast.

Think of it this way.

A person walks into a calculus class and asks what the equation on the board represents. as it is explained they nod their head and say yup, uh huh.

By the time the explanation is over, the person is no smarter and the mathematician has wasted his time.

IT is like that. No matter where you go. lol

Trust me, it's no different in the corporate world when they higher non-technical supervisors to oversee their technical staff.

whats funny is i had this thread up and minimized so the only thing you could see on the task bar thing was "i work for morons"

then i was talking to my manager and he saw it and pointed at it and was like "wtf dude"
