original "neijia quan"??

hi guys

i been reading the old articles about internal boxings surprised it gave the name and movements for 2 of its forms, six road boxing "liu lu" and ten piece brocade "shi duan jin".

does anyone know if the original internal boxing is alive at all or totally dead? i havent seen anything resembling it at all

I Googled liu lu and found the link below. I know next to nothing about Shaolin so I don't know if it is relevant.
