Pretty sure that's Houston, though something about the video was making me think Austin - probably the fact that Cracky McAzzcrack didn't get his azz shot, which is a lot more likely in most parts of Houston.

That being said, Whataburger really is that good.
Most of 'em are open 24/7, so they're places drunks congregate after drinking.
It's kind of Texas' version of In-N-Out Burger; though Californians will probably shoot me for implying that. But hey, I wouldn't be making the comparison if you Cally folks had sent us something decent like In-N-Out instead of nasty azz Carl's Jr.

I agree with the Houston location. The African Americans appear to be "cooler" than in Dallas or race tensioned East Texas. The races are a little more comfortable together in Houston. But, who wears a beard in ultra humid Houston... well maybe I shouldn't have asked.
