Tyson has a few options.

1. He can keep posting on his blog and not come back to the forum.

2. He can come back to the forum.

3. He can contact me privately and threaten legal action, which is fine. Just show me the cease and desist and I'm always happy to comply with those. Most legal actions stop when the plantiff realizes that the lawyer is going to be the only one coming out ahead.

If he comes back, he can:

1. Throw a hissy fit. If I'm wrong, I'll merge it here.

2. Try to get a 'do over' from all of you and start again. Some members seem to be open to his participation.

3. Train for years in an esoteric style of forum fu and kick all your asses for being bullies.

This may all just get deleted some day so enjoy it for what it is. :confused:

that would be cool, but first I think he needs to take his self-seriousness waaaay down if he plans on hanging here - he accuses others of holding their opinions in excessive esteem when in fact he's the one w/a serious legend-in-his-own-mind complex; and he walked in with a huge chip on his shoulder, practically daring people to respond negatively - and he got exactly the response he was setting himself up for - even when I engaged him in a civil manner, he accused me of flaming him - so he seems to have decided that he will adopt a confrontational posture regardless;
so if he can just drop the belligerence, then he can just chill and have some sh1ts and giggles here like the rest of us do;

Uki is an entirely different beast - for one, he's got a level of self-awareness far beyond BGZ; second, when he shakes someone's cage, he sticks around and keeps playing the game when someone shakes back - he'd never turn tail and do a hissy-fit storm off; and that's why, even if u don't agree w/what he says, u respect him for rolling with whatever repercussions come his way, and by not taking himself all that seriously!

I'm into an open forum. I'm never one to bar anyone. I hope BGZ BadBoy hangs around. The more, the merrier. To his credit, he never came whining to me privately with PMs or emails, which is more than I can say for a lot of the big guns (or should I say swords) here. His dig about my lack of control of the forum was understandable. If you're new to forums, you might expect something more formal, but I'm stalwartly opposed to censorship beyond porn (and that's just because this is supposed to be a family show - lots of impressionable youths out there, you know). Outright slander is censored too, along with words like ****geneous ;). But some smack talk is alright. Smack talk is part of martial arts, a big part, and if you can't hang with that here on the forum, well, go back to standing zhuang zhong in the corner by yourself then. :p
