What have you learned 2010?

I find that my approach is evolving continuously and my personal philosophy towards martial arts training changes over time.

I've been doing a lot of Judo and JiuJitsu lately and I did go through a period where I resented and questioned how I was trained in TCMA... now I think "wait a minute" I am who I am because of how I trained, not in spite of how I was trained.

So lately I've been thinking that I'm still on the same path that my Sifu started me on all those years ago... weird...
