Impressed with Pat's willingness to fight Cro Cop on short notice for the Australia card, it now appears that he will be fighting Cro Cop at UFC 115 in what will probably be a semi-main event. Pat talked about his willingness to fight Cro Cop on our last show and is more than excited for this fight.

No contracts have been signed, but sources say that both sides have been offered the fight.

Fan reaction of the possibility of this fight was largely positive when it was rumored for UFC 110. With 2 former K-1 Strikers in the Octagon, there will be no shortage of excitement in Vancouver.

And apparently some here think adding some grappling to your striking is "biting off more than you can chew."

Did you see Rich's broken arm go floppy when he hit a couple times with it in that slow motion reply of his KO? ......kinda one of those cringe moments haha..

Amazed at Cro Cop coming back from the first round. I Barry seemed star struck or something.

Franklin was awesome took punishment but kept on throwing arms, even the left. Nice fighting.

I don't know if it was so much star struck as was, "WTF I just hit dude square on the jaw and he just got back up like wasn't a thing!" kinda struck.

Saw a post fight picture of Barry leaving the hospital. He had a broken hand and a broken foot on his right side.

franklin coming back with a broken arm and beating chuck was pretty awesome. Def. has a high thresh hold for pain. I guess doing it so long it becomes routine and you feel wrong if your not. sanjuro_ronin

Dude, we test ourselves all the time if we want to, don't need to keep stepping back into the ring.
I know it's hard to walk away from, but when the time comes, its time.

i think they are addicted more to the celebrity than they are to the fight

Might have something to do with that blond he got following him around. You can always usually count, when a guy does something stupid and there's no apparent reason, there's probably a female somewhere in the mix.

Probably the payday. It's probably a pretty sweet deal doing TUF plus the fight at the end.
