Wasn't me...

5.5 On the Richter scale; Epicentre: Picanoc, around Ottawa towards Montreal; depth: 19.2km; Duration: 180 seconds.

No reports of damage yet, although people downtown are claiming they heard cracking during the event.

The Illuminati used their "psychic earthquake device" to frighten people and get them to support the evil puppets in place set to destroy our world and create a new system ran by powerful world bank conglomerates who secretly undermine our individual freedoms through subliminal mind control devices in our televisions.

Heh.

Damage: 1 toppled steeple, 1 damaged town hall 60km NorthEast of Ottawa; An entire section of Route 307 has collapsed; Broken Merchandise, windows and bricks in Ottawa; Ottawa public schools are closed until all cracks have been inspected; All Ontario infrastructure in the area is being checked.

The cell network went down for about 2 hours due to excess call volumes.

Some Videos:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFPMFa8xWhc - Toronto (apparently the fish died)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6A_l9lAq5g - Ottawa (LoL!)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60XnicFnxHI - Cincinnatti (that's pretty far!)

Prime Minister Harper apparently didn't feel it... more evidence that he is not in touch with Canada. :p

The best story so far - Someone issued a Tsunami warning for Toronto's "Fake Lake," built with taxpayer dollars for the comfort of the G20 summit press corps. :D

Is this usual for Canada?

I mean I live in an earthquake zone but I have never heard of earthquakes in that part of North America, and I doubt that it was because of two rams clashing horns or two knuckleheads clashing their skulls.

Seriously though, I hope that was the last of it.

Things like this to make one wonder about the various forcasts of mayhem leading to and following the year 2012, and no, I did not say that the world is going to end.

We get one in southern Ontario every 10-15 years, low end stuff, I think the last one was a 4 or something like that.

It's Obama's fault.

Wrong. It's Bush's fault. We already know he causes hurricanes, now he's figured out how to cause earthquakes.
