when I visted Lam Jo in HK, I watched him train. He was doing Lau Gar Kuen-just one move, over and over, really striving for perfection. His discipline and attitude was inspiring.

Phillip Ng is your sihang! Awesome!
His dad is a CLF sifu and he learnt Wing Chun from Wong Shun Leung the king of street fighter himself. Lucky early starter (he started at 7Y.O.)
