What are they? Anyone know? And do they come before the last name like in English (ie. Sifu Lee), or after it like in Cantonese (ie. Lei Sifu)? And you know how in Cantonese only non-students use the name with "Sifu" (ie. Wong Sifu) and actual students just say "Sifu"? Is it the same in Korean?

Yep its Sabumnim. In a traditional Dojang (equivalent to Kwoon) there is only one Sabumnim. He is never addressed by his name. At least it was that way in the TKD school I attended. Also had a close friend study Kuk Sool Won and it was the same way at their schools as well. All other black belt instructors are addressed as kyobumnim
