Where can I order the Cinnabar Powder that is used in Hoi Gong (or eye opening ceremonies) mostly seen in Liondancing?

go to any chinese herbalist and ask for Ji-Sa.

Chemical supply companies will refer to it as mercuric sulfide or mercury sulfide.

You can look for "vermillion" dry pigment in an art store and that is cinnabar as well and the most likely place you would be able to get it.
