Hi all, I've been looking up for Kung Fu schools in Harbin, China and it sounds as if there is some Mantis in the area. Does anybody know of any schools in the area, or what styles of Mantis are there? Thanks.

There is Taiji Tanglang and a lot of Haojia Taijimeihua. There is also a little Qixing. You should have no problem finding them when you get there (especially the TJMH people). Here's a start:

Thanks very much. That's a great start and its reassuring to knowing that the schools have some kind of presence in the city. Could you possibly tell me the differences between Taiji, Taiji Plumblossom and Seven Stars Mantis? I've seen quite a bit of Qixing online, but the other two are a little bit harder to find. Thanks very much for all the help you've given me so far :D

They are all just different flavours of the same thing. Curriculum is the major difference, along with some theoretical variance.

Good luck.
