I was wondering if there were any videos out there showing the linking and also applications or basic self defense techniques of Sup Yee San Sik. if So please send me a link or post them on here!

this goes to show how much difference a teacher can make. this guy is training almost like karate. every move is defined and he is tensing his whole body in every strike.

very different from the WC i learned, where continuous motion and relaxation is stressed

Interesting I thought he looked a little soft to me. But its cool. I think he may be doing this to demostrate each move so someone can see them. But as for the continous motion it didn't look as chopy to me as some beginner level karate I have seen. But all rodes to lead to same path in some aspects. I am curious what lineage are you again pacman...do you have any videos too? of you or any of your brothers or sifu?
