Pak Mei Sam Choi Kung fu

Hello Guys,

I was looking at joining a new school and wanted to see if anyone was familar with this style. I haven't heard anything about it and can't seem to find too much information outside of thier website. www.pakmei.ca

Any one have any experience with this style or school? Is it good for self defence or is it more of a performace art like Wushu?
