it's a misprint.
This is actually, Charlie Foot style. Charlie Foot was the nickname of a clubfooted, mentally challenged kitchen worker in the local take-out. He used to con the local kids into giving him monies to learn kung-fu, which he learned from watching movies. The chef used to beat him with a wok spatula, which is where he gets those great coverage moves you see in the form.
Apparantly, his style has spread, because I always see practitioners from that style showing up in various tournaments, and mall demos.

you should click on the channel and check out the other vids. They have some interesting sparring and Hsing-Yi...and I am sure other stuff, but it hurts mye eyes to watch....
