i received my copy of "old school kung fu" in the mail the other day, quick shipping.
it is a very nice looking book,i like the large size,like a manual. it is a manual actually,outlining what you should do,especially as a teacher. it covers a myriad of subjects concerning the true art of kung fu. i do not agree 100% with the food consumption part, but he makes a real good case and backs it up. the pictures are good and many throughout the book,i was very impressed by a few of them,like his suspended splits,and his light body skill pic. good job eric.
overall this is a very good book with a great outline. i beleive if you follow his outline you cant help but to succeed.
