of those of you who recieve various mags on the industry, there was an issue-I forgot whcih mag, which issue..that ran an ad for a combination yoga and chi-gung type of system-complete with all the bells and whistles-you know the deal.
I don't usually get involved in these programs, but it looked interesting, well thought out, and it sounded like it might be a good class to run in my down time

Was it Nia? There are so many of these aggregate systems now it's hard to keep track of them.

Don't know much about this one. I know a couple of people who have trained in it. One of them gave my daughter a videotape of the exercises thinking it would be good for her health. She watched it but thought it was superficial and tedious and didn't present any concepts that weren't already in our training. But that might be just the thing for those who want to try something new--not too demanding.

Personally, I'm offended by the hyperbole in their advertising but a yoga intructor I know recently attended a certification seminar for this and is enthusiastic. Her response might be more typical of your potential customer since she is someone who likes to join classes.

Hope this helps.
