Can someone please explain to me the what is a long bridge punch.

Also the difference between long bridge energy and short bridge energy in techniques.

From a WCK perspective, essentially a "long bridge" refers to the fully (or near fully) extended arm and "short bridge" refers to a bent arm. The term is also used to indicate range (the outer and inner range of WCK).

As you can do different things with long and short bridges, naturally the "energy" or how you perform the action, will vary.
