I have seen this art performed a couple of times and it seems to me like a ripoff of capoeira and karate.
Anyone got any info on this art?
I went to a Taido dojo and trained with them, after training i tried to ask some questions, but i dident get any satisfying answers.
Please dont take this as a attack on Taido, i just think it sucks if they have been taking stuff from "my" MA, and dont want to admit it.
Peace.

I dont know Taido.
Could it be Taiando?

If that is Taiando, then its Karate with a little of Kung Fu. And they use some yellow gi.

There is an art called taido.

I have not read anything about it in so long, that I really wouldn't feel comfortable trying to post info on the style.

Perhaps at e-budo, they would have more posters familiar with the art. It is a modern budo form.

I don't get mad.
I get stabby.
