3. mantis forearm

4. eagle or tiger claws

5. chicken or monkey steps for fast changing

or bull steps for stronger roots or swimming dragon step/body tumbling and rolling

however, dragon exiting the water, dragon rules the water/cloud/mist

eagle/hawk or vulture rules from the sky

bear stance

dragon stepping

drilling up to the sky and swooping down from the eagle/kitty hawk

But I will admit that black bears have been known to stalk and eat humans. Brown bears just kill you.
