Here is a random thought...
Ok fighters....
How many get to the highest level such as Ali, Sugar Ray, GSP, etc.
My guess is not many....
So why?
Maybe to improve skills you need to approach training in the correct ways.
Maybe most fighters, fighter everything, every drill is done with the same mndset and this make it difficult to improve skills.
Obviously other factors like genetics, quality coaching etc play a part but this come from a teaching thought and those who teach probably see the types of people I am thinking about...
people who treat every drill as a fight, competition etc.
Merry Crimbo....
