Well see you this Saturday then Laukarbo :)

looking forward to meet you Olaf :)

last time I met Chiu Sifu 20 years ago, funny story;it was in Germany Karlsruhe at a gung fu championship tournament, and some jiu jitsu guys had a selfdefence demo...the demo was done on some sort of judo mats, anyway they showed some knife disarming techniques,at one point the defender disarmed the attacker and the knife fell in a small gap between two mats...but the tip of the knife was pointing upwards (it was a real knife)..so the attacker was thrown into the knife, luckily he only got wounded in the leg...when everybody was stunned Grandmster Chiu Chi Ling was beraking out laughing...maybe he thought it was part of the demo...i just stood next to him at that moment...tomorrow I ask him if he can remember that incident :)

An excellent example of a senior citizen whose martial arts training has kept him in fit condition.

Yee Sifu once told me about the health benefits of Hung Ga and the longevity associated with it. Seeing Master Chiu Chi Ling and Chiu Wai so fit and strong in their senior years is an inspiration!

His brother turned 80 last year and apparantly isnt any less energetic...
I think both of his parents reached a high age (both about 100)...all of them being hung kuen practicioners

Maybe you have to ask first what the quality of food is. LOL

Toilet facilities in 2003 were okay, but then I have travelled Asia extensively since 1970, so my judgment is rather mild.
