There is a very good school in Deer Park out on Long Island called Shima or Shima School of Self Defense. They're a Hakkoryu school and also teach very practicle self defense.

Rogue, you're an @ss!! Watchman

Adventure is just a romantic name for trouble. It sounds swell when you write about it, but it's hell when you meet it face to face in a dark and lonely place.
Louis L'Amour

BTW, did I mention that Rogue was an @ss? Watchman

Go and train with the best if you're serious. I reccomend either Renzo Gracie on 23rd street or Marcos Santos. Marcos is near the world trade center. He's a bb under the Machado bros. Either Renzo are Marcos are tops!

Thi is the most expensive school I have ever come across, even here in NYC (where I pay $130/month).
