Greetings,
I ran into this biography on David P Webster, author of "Developing Grip Strength", whie looking for information on strand pulling (aka chest expanders). It shares a lot on his life. It is good viewing. Check out the strands shown @3:15. Those things look so serious that it has me thinking that I really missed out on something precious when it comes to that discipline and that people should be giving the strand pulling world a second look, if not a first.
