The article justifies those bone marrow practices. Additionally, the article establishes that there is a circuit in those practices that was never discussed before: from testosterone/s@xual energy to bone and then from bone to testosterone/s@xual energy. This is a very important breakthrough for those who already practice these disciplines. All they have to do in mentally code it into their practice.

The article says something different. The article, given what is understood in TCM, points out a relationship that is the opposite. I find it to be complementary and really cool.
