I believe he was a student of Lam Sai Wing, those photos are from his book

That man is Leung Wing Hang , “cat, snake, and crane fist” book published in 1952!

He is the founder of se maau hok kyun (snake, crane and cat system)

The only reason I know this is because I asked a similar question not too long ago!
