mostly parlour trick crap when it comes to breaking long sticks over your back or smashing concrete on your body. All the force is absorbed into the concrete or bricks.

Now, what was interesting was the spiderman tactical/practical shooting drills.
Now that is a unit! Back flip off the wall into a dive twist roll to hit the target.

yeah, that is beyond FBI...lol

NK is all about BS parlour tricks though. that's Kim's MO.
