CYmac, your situation here on the forum, reminds me of a very funny story I heard;
(most people are familiar with this classic)

"Two elephants are sitting in a bathtub.
One elephant says,"Pass the soap."
The other responds,"No soap, radio!"

(I love that joke, it's a classic)

he invented tai chi and ba gua to record and predict the changes of all natural events--

2. ny wa was a goddess, she created the first human boy and girl---

there are 5 elements.

the 5 elements were the essences from the very beginning when the earth and the heaven were created---

3. tai shang lao jun (a taoist)

the old wiseman residing in the heaven realm, he also witnessed the beginning of the heaven and earth--

there are 3 realms, human, devil, god.

all living things doing good deeds may be promoted from animal to human and to god etc etc

turtle was admired or worshipped

due to low metabolic rate and living a long life

so taoist is persuing elixir of long life and never getting old

taoist also practice turtle breathing methods etc etc.
