Hey I have found several videos, which show the differences between the different cuisines in China. Like how the cook in Guandong or Sechuan. They are short but well done I think. Let me know your opinion :)

...back in 2000 (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/mlist.php?magyr=2000), recipes were a regular feature in the magazine. Not my idea. In fact, I took a lot of heat for that. We still run recipes, but they are very short and embedded in our horoscopes section (print version only - the e-zine (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/info/horoscope/index.php) version doesn't have the recipes). Those are dietotherapy recipes suggested for the forecast period.
