mantis training camp

i saw online a video of a mantis training seminar in Urle poland (i will add the link at the bottom.) does anybody know of any training camps for mantis that do alot of hands on stuff (im sick of just learning forms.) i would kind of like to spend a month or two just training, not a few hours a day after work, but a real training camp where i train most of the day and actually do some sparring with other people. does anyone know of a place like this?
