Kung fu in Alexandria VA / D.C.

I posted earlier about moving to Columbus OH. Well, the winds might be shifting and my new residence might be Alexandria VA.

It appears there are lots of choices in the area.

Does anyone have personal experience or an opinion of a particular school in that general area?

I don't have any specifications at this point, I am very open, a lot will end up depending on what fits to my schedule. So I need to be open.

Shi Yan Yu teaches at the D.C. Shaolin Temple Cultural Center. I met him briefly when he was in L.A. he is wonderful person and a good cook. His gong fu is almost as good as his 青椒土豆丝.
