Elbow tendonitis

All right medicine healers in this forum. I guess while weight lifting, I hurt my elbow and it looks like a minor elbow tendonitis. Any suggestions apart of rest, stretch about TCM. Thanks.

What about tuina? In my experience acupuncture has helped with some arthritis and for my shoulder, I thought arnica will help but I may have to try acupuncture.
