Keep hands up at all times. Those guys were leaving their noggins exposed a lot.

also, on bag work, step in, Drive the force when striking.
The girl and the two guys were actually stopping their own power the way tehy were doing that. They were not driving through.

so two observations:

1- KEEP YOUR HANDS UP AT ALL TIMES

2- Drive through on the punch and do not start your retraction until after the punch is totally sunken.

Otherwise, speed, strength and footing looks ok.

its an interesting transition from forms to keeping your hands up.

I find that if there are pads all over the room and I am hitting many people in a free form manner, I start to look more like I am doing a form....of course I am more exposed, but the positioning of where I am in the group tends to me more important in that practice. One man becomes a body shield.
