A few years back I had trained for a month at Shaolin EPO Wushu College in Dengfeng, China.
Since the training period was so short, we had learned only a couple of different forms.
One of the forms was the Five Step Boxing form.

I haven't practiced either form in a long time so I need a video to jog my memory.
The other form that I believe I was taught was called something along the lines of Big Fist, or Big Red Fist or Little Red Fist if I'm not mistaken.
However I can't find a video of it as I'm not sure I have the correct name.
I was wondering if someone might know what it could have been and be able to suggest a name, or even share a video of some of the basic Shaolin wushu forms (or stretches or exercises) which we may have been taught so that I might be able to get back into practicing.
